We do not operate a public telephone line for the business, so no phone number is listed; email is our means of direct and effective communication under LSSI Art. 10, which is sufficient under settled case law (CJEU, C-649/17). If we adopt a business phone line in future, we will add it here.

Registration in the Registro Mercantil is optional for an individual entrepreneur and does not apply here. The owner operates as an autónomo and is not entered in the Mercantile Registry, so no registry data is stated. This is correct and not an omission.
Purpose of the site
swellshaper.com is the home of SwellShaper, an independent studio that builds and runs small software products. Through this site and its product subdomains we present our products and let you reserve early access or subscribe to live services.
Prices and taxes
Where a price is shown, the product page states the total price including any applicable taxes (VAT). Prices are specific to each product, published on that product's own page and shown again at checkout before you pay, and any additional charge is disclosed before you order. Payments are processed by Stripe, an independent payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — including software, text, design, logos, and the SwellShaper and product names — belongs to Nicolas Kurt Francisque Arbogast or to its licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without permission, except as the law allows.
Applicable law, disputes and languages
This site and the relationship between us are governed by Spanish law. Consumer rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected, and if you are a consumer you can go to the courts of the country where you live (see our Terms, section 16, for how courts and jurisdiction work for consumers and for business users). The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025; we are not adhered to a consumer ADR scheme, and consumers may turn to the Junta Arbitral de Consumo de les Illes Balears or their local consumer authority (see our Terms). Contracts and consumer information are provided in English; your mandatory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law apply regardless of the language. Accessibility
SwellShaper is run by a solo operator and qualifies as a microenterprise, so the substantive obligations of the European Accessibility Act do not legally apply. Even so, we care about being usable for everyone and aim to follow good accessibility practice (WCAG 2.1 AA as a target).
